Mindfulness is a skill that when practiced through meditation over time can help you reduce stress, improve your focus and concentration, and experience greater emotional resilience and well-being.
This 4-week course will provide students with instruction in the foundations of Mindfulness.
Students will have opportunities to practice various meditations guided by Dr. Close in person and between sessions and to pose questions and discuss their learning and insights with each other each week. The focus of this introductory course is to help students discover ways in which they can cultivate more Presence - to get the very most out of - their lives.
