I create a safe and confidential container in which together we explore the imprints of life experiences that are keeping you from feeling the way you want to feel and living the life you desire. I am your guide to help you do the work of transforming pain into purpose. You will understand yourself with new insights and learn how to love and support yourself like never before. From our work together you’ll build the confidence and capacities needed to take your life to the next level.

  • Coaching.

    Coaching can be helpful when we’re working on creating positive changes in our life that have specific goals in one or more areas.

    Coaching sessions may include helping you expand and hone your experience and skill with mindfulness practice, self-compassion, mind-body awareness, and stress-reducing techniques.

    I help you develop the tools you need to achieve your goals in career, parenting, relationships, and spiritual evolution.

  • Couples therapy.

    Most of us didn’t learn how to have a healthy adult relationship. Our individual wounds inevitably clash with our intimate partner and it can be difficult, if not impossible, to communicate and feel seen and understood.

    I help couples clarify the muddied waters of disconnection. I help facilitate healing and understanding so couples can experience the closeness and connection they long for in their lives.

    My therapeutic approach with couples is informed by two evidence-based therapeutic modalities: Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
