Individual Psychotherapy
Feel better from the inside out.
The most important part of therapy is feeling safe, seen, and truly understood. In my work with clients I bring warmth, presence, and zero judgment into every session so you can show up exactly as you are. This space is all about you — your story, your struggles, your hopes, and the life you want to create.
Over the years, I’ve trained in many therapeutic approaches — CBT, EFT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy — and I pull from these when it’s helpful. But the heart of my work is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a deeply empowering method that helps you connect with the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, stuck, critical, or afraid — and gently uncover what those parts need in order to shift and change.
IFS is grounded in self-compassion and inner trust, and many of my clients find it to be not only healing, but truly life-changing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, parenting stress, relationship struggles, identity changes, grief, trauma, or a life transition — this work can help you find clarity, calm, and confidence from within.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I respect your pacing and process. Some clients come for short-term support and leave feeling clear and grounded. Others stay longer to heal deeper patterns and pain. There’s no one-size-fits-all — just what feels right for you.
This work can support growth in every area of life:
Parenting with more presence
Healing old wounds and trauma
Moving through transitions with clarity
Building more connected relationships
Deepening your sense of meaning and self-trust
